Pro is billed to your club or team, not to individual athletes. Upgrading gives everyone on the team the Pro features.
CrewLAB is free to use. Pro adds full history and a few extra features.

Everything else works the same on both plans. Free teams can use the calendar, chats, roster, squads, workouts, videos, analytics, daily check-ins, and lineups, with no limit on how many people they add.
What happens to my data after 30 days or if I change my plan?
Nothing is deleted. Downgrading hides history older than 30 days rather than removing it, and upgrading again brings it back.
Subscription Management
Only Coaches can see Subscription and billing details and make Subscription changes. Each team has its own Subscription even if they are paid for by an organization.
How to view or change your plan
Plans are managed in the web app. You can't do this on mobile.
Go to app.crewlab.io and tap your profile.
Tap Upgrade Plan if your team is on Free, or Billing and Invoices if your team is already on a paid plan.
Follow the prompts to change your plan.
You'll be sent to a secure checkout page to enter a billing email and payment method. Access to Pro starts as soon as the payment goes through.
How can you pay for CrewLAB Pro?
Debit or credit card, ACH deposit, wire transfer, or paper check.
Are there setup or cancellation fees?
No. There are no setup fees, cancellation fees, or other charges beyond the plan itself.
Can I buy Pro as an individual athlete?
Two options:
Join CrewLAB Cats, a coached training community that runs on CrewLAB Pro.
Upgrade your team to Pro from the web app. Note that this gives your whole team Pro access, not just you.
