Upload a video
Any team member can upload video. Videos are stored securely and shared only inside your Team space.
Where to start. The Videos tab, or the + button on the Home screen.
Select Upload Video.
Drag and drop your file, or select it from your device.
Add a Title that describes the clip clearly.
Add Notes to give context, instructions, or ask a question.
Tag the team members who are in the video, or who you want to review it.
Select Create.
Size and length limits
There are none. Upload what you need.
Free teams can view the last 30 days of videos. Older ones are hidden rather than deleted, and come back if the team upgrades.
If your device won't let you upload
CrewLAB needs permission to reach your video library. The steps differ by device, and the manufacturer's own instructions are the reliable source:
Tag team members in a video
Tagging identifies who's in a clip, and it's how footage becomes findable later. It's also how you ask someone to look at something.
Any team member can add or change tags, including on videos they didn't upload.
Tap + Tag Athletes
Make your selections
Submit
What happens to the people you tag
They're notified, and the video appears on their profile alongside every other video they're tagged in.
Watch and review a video
Videos appear in three places: the Home feed, the Videos tab, and the profile of anyone tagged in them.
Two controls make review practical:
Scrub to any point in the video
Adjust playback speed to slow a movement down
Comments and likes
Anyone on the team can comment on or like a video. All of it is visible to the whole team, so comments work as shared feedback rather than private notes.
Finding a video
Videos are sorted by most recent upload and can be filtered by athlete.
Filtering by athlete is the quickest route to someone's footage, though their profile holds the same collection.
