3. Open Teams.
4. Tap Leave team on the team you want to leave.

Leaving a team removes you from its roster, chats and calendar. If you leave by mistake, ask a Coach or Captain to send you a new invite link.

2. Tap Delete account.

Deleting your account will delete all your data. Deleting your account removes you from every team and club you belong to. Leave a single team instead if you only want to step away from one of them.
