Athletes can:

Captain
Beyond what an Athlete can do, Captains can:
Create and edit squads
Create and edit lineups
Edit someone else's calendar events
Remove prohibited content
Edit any team member's RSVP on calendar events
Invite Captains, Athletes, Parents and Others to the team
Coach
Beyond what a Captain can do, Coaches can:
See analytics for every team member
Edit any team member's profile information
Change any team member's role
Remove members from a custom chat channel
View and change the team's CrewLAB plan and billing
Edit team settings
Invite any role to the team
Parent
Parents can:
See limited information for calendar events their athlete is specifically invited to: event name, time, location and notes
See a limited version of the team roster, showing names and roles but no contact details
Change their child's RSVP on their behalf
Invite Parents and Others to the team
Parents are added automatically to the "Parents & Coaches" and "Parents Only" chat channels.
Parents are also added automatically as view-only participants in any direct message between their linked minor athlete and a coach. This keeps coach and athlete communication transparent and SafeSport-compliant.
Parents see only invite-only events their athlete has been invited to, not the whole team calendar.
Other
Other covers interested parties without a direct role on the team: administrators, alumni, volunteers and fans. Others have the same limited visibility as a Parent, without the athlete linking and without observing direct messages.
