RSVP to an event

Written by CrewLAB Marketing

RSVPs work the same way on team and club events. They tell the organizer who's coming, and they're visible to everyone who can see the event.

  1. Open the event from the calendar.

  2. Set your RSVP to Yes or No.

  3. If you choose No, type a reason.

Why a reason is required

CrewLAB asks for a reason on every No so the organizer has a clear picture of who's missing and why, rather than a list of unexplained absences.

You can add notes to an RSVP for extra context, which is how teams handle the difference between an excused and an unexcused absence.

Who can change someone else's RSVP

  • Athletes can change their own

  • Coaches and Captains can change anyone's on a team event

  • Parents can change their linked athlete's
