Chat notifications and read receipts

CrewLAB notifies you about unread messages and mentions. You can manage notifications for each channel separately, so a busy channel doesn't have to notify you the way Team Chat does.

To mute a single channel:

For notifications across the whole app, tap your profile, go to Settings, then Notification Preferences.

Read receipts show who has read a message. They're available on the Pro plan, on all messages.

Tap a read receipt to see who hasn't read the message yet, and send them a reminder notification.
