The club calendar is for events that concern the whole club rather than one team: club meetings, fundraisers, awards nights, joint training days.
Club events reach everyone
A club event is visible across every team connected to the club. It appears on the club calendar and on each team's calendar.
Club events invite the entire club. You can't invite a single team or a squad to a club event. If an event is only for one team, create it on that team's calendar instead.
Every club member can RSVP to a club event.
Filter and color-code your calendar
If you follow more than one team, everything lands on one calendar, and it gets hard to read. Filters and colors fix that.
Setup:
Events can be created on team calendars
Team events will populate on the club calendar
Admin:
Open the club calendar (from club view/space)
Click the filter button
To change a team's color, tap the color box to the left of the team name and pick a new one.
Tap Apply.
Colors will only show when viewing club calendar
Changes will apply to both past and future events.
The colors apply to all of a team's events when viewing the club calendar. It cannot be done on a event-by-event basis.
Who can create and delete club events
Only Club Admins. Club Members can see the club calendar but can't add to it or remove anything from it.
What Admins and Members each see
Club Admins can see every event across every team in the club, with full event details.
Club Members can see every event across the teams too, but with limited detail.
No practice plans on club events
Club events can't carry a practice plan, so they don't collect workout results either. Those are team calendar features.
