Clubs have a default <b>Announcements</b> channel that reaches everyone in the club, across all teams.

Only Club Admins can send an announcement.

Club Members can reply in a thread on any announcement, but can't start a new top-level message. This keeps the channel readable rather than turning it into a general chat.

Announcements is in the Club space under Chat.
