Lineups group athletes for a specific practice or race, organised by equipment, workout or skill level.
Lineups are temporary and event-specific. Squads are the permanent version. See Squads.
Where to find lineups. Web: top nav > Lineups. Mobile: More > Lineups
Build one
Select Add Lineup.
Rename it by selecting its title.
Add athletes by selecting an empty slot, or drag them in from the sidebar.
Reorder and remove athletes as needed.
Changes save automatically.
Filter while you build
Use the view options at the top of the page to show more or less information about each athlete:
RSVP status
Height and weight
Your board is private
Athletes can't see a lineup until you post it. Coaches and Captains will be able to see and make edits on the shared board.
Clear the board
Select Clear Board and confirm. This empties your workspace only. Anything already posted is safe in History.
Post lineups to an event
Posting is what makes a lineup visible to athletes.
Select Post Lineups.
Choose an upcoming calendar event, or create a new one.
Tick Notify in team chat if you want athletes to see it straight away.
Select Post.
The lineup is saved to that calendar event and added to History.
Posted lineups don't update themselves
If someone's RSVP changes after you post, the lineup stays as it was. Build a new lineup with the change and post it again.
Posting the same lineup to more than one event
You can post the same lineups to several events. Post them to one, then post again to another. Each posting is saved separately in History, so you can see which lineup you used for which event.
Lineups history
History holds every lineup you've posted. Lineups you built but never posted aren't saved there.
Select History.
Select a past lineup to view it.
Select Copy to reuse it.
A copied lineup appears on your current board, ready to adjust and post again.
History is a Pro feature.
