Workouts

Written by CrewLAB Marketing

A workout is a record of training. Anyone on the team can log one, and everyone on the team can see it.

  1. Tap the yellow plus button.

  2. Select Workout.

  3. Fill in the title, a reflection, a photo if you have one, and the rest of the details.

You can create, edit or delete workouts at any time, whether they're in the past or the future.

Where your workout shows up

  • The home feed

  • Any calendar event it's attached to

  • Your profile, under Dashboard > Training Volume > Training

  • Leaderboards

  • Analytics > My Training

  • The Workouts tab, on web

Choosing which teams see it

If you're on more than one team, use the Post To field under Additional Info to choose which teams the workout goes to. At least one has to be selected.

What kinds of workouts can be logged

CrewLAB currently handles three shapes:

  • A single time, such as 20:00

  • A single distance, such as 5 miles

  • Uniform intervals, such as 4x100m with 1:00 rest

For anything more complicated, log each part of the session separately, or put the detail in the notes.

Switching between metric and imperial

Units are set per workout. There's no global setting that applies across the app.

Linking your teammates to your workout

  1. Create a workout from the plus button.

  2. Scroll to Additional Info.

  3. Use Completed By to add teammates to the workout. You can select several people.

The workout is sent to their profiles and counts towards their training data.

Sync workouts from a device

Connected devices log workouts into CrewLAB automatically. To sync your account settings > connected apps and connect your device.
