Waivers are attached to programs and signed as part of registration, so a registrant completes them in the same flow as paying.
Where to find them. Web: Club space > top nav > Waivers. Mobile: Club space > More > Waivers.
Waivers are in the Club space only.
Who can do what
All club members can open the Waivers tab and sign waivers. Only Admins can create, duplicate or archive them.
Create a waiver
Open Waivers from the menu.
Select Add new waiver.
Type the text, paste it in, or upload a PDF.
Preview it.
Save it.
Preview properly before saving. Once saved, a waiver cannot be edited.
Waivers can't be edited or deleted
A saved waiver can't be changed, reverted to a draft, or deleted. This guarantees that what someone signed is exactly what stays on record, and that nobody's signed agreement can be altered after the fact.
Changing a waiver
Since editing isn't possible, changing a waiver means replacing it:
Duplicate the existing waiver. You can make your edits during duplication, before the copy is created.
Archive the old one.
Archiving
Archiving moves a waiver to the Archived section and stops new participants signing it. Signatures already collected are unaffected and stay on record.
See who has signed
Select a waiver to see who signed it and when.
Where someone signed on another person's behalf, such as a parent signing for a minor child, that's shown too.
