Programs
A program is what an athlete or parent pays for to join: a season, a camp, or a membership. A successful program registration grants access to the team the program is associated with.
Two types:
Fixed duration runs for a set date range. A Fall 2026 competitive season at $1,200, or a Learn-to-Row camp week at $350.
Ongoing has no end date and renews on a recurring basis. An annual club membership at $750 a year.
Registration fields
CrewLAB includes common fields such as passport details for travel, allergies, and benchmark results. You can also write your own custom questions.
Attaching waivers
Create the waiver first. Every active waiver then appears as an option during program setup, and you select the ones you want.
Products
A product can be on-off or a subscription; it's not tied to a team: travel costs, add-ons, merchandise, donations.
A regatta travel fee at $150, a team hoodie at $45, etc.

Create a program or a product
Only Admins can create programs and products.
Go to your club space, then Payments.
Click the + button for a program or a product.
Fill in all the details.
Save your new program or product.
Archiving
Any program or product can be archived but not deleted; this preserves payment and registration history.
Open the item from the Products or Programs list.
Select Archive.
Once archived, the item is no longer available for new registrations or purchases.
Any active subscriptions tied to it will remain active until cancelled.
