A club sits above your teams and adds payments, registration, waivers, club-wide announcements, a club calendar, and club chat.
If your coaches already run teams on CrewLAB, the club is added on top of what exists. Nothing about those teams changes.
Setting up a club in CrewLAB
CrewLAB sets your club up with you. Book a time with the team, and we'll get you set up.
Manage teams in your club
Once your club exists, you can add teams yourself.
Go to Teams and select Add team. From there you can either:
Create a new team directly, or
Add an existing team using its team code
Adding a team adds everyone on it
Everyone on a team connected to the club becomes a Club Member automatically, whatever their team role.
Teams can't be removed
Once a team is added to a club, it can't be taken out. There's currently no way for a team to leave a club, and no way for an Admin to remove one.
Check the team code before you add it.
The one exception
If you created a team by accident and you're the only person on it, you can leave that team, which removes it from the club.
