Coupons apply a discount to programs or products.
Only Admins can create and manage coupons. Admins can edit or deactivate a coupon at any time.
To create a coupon, go to the Club Payments tab under Payments.
Discount types
A coupon can take off either:
A percentage of the price
A fixed amount
Limits you can set
Limit | What it does |
Eligible users | Restricts the coupon to specific people |
Eligible products | Restricts it to particular programs or products |
Expiration date | Stops it working after a date |
Redemption limit | Caps the total number of uses |
Track redemptions
The coupon list shows how many times each coupon has been redeemed.
Select a coupon to see the details of each redemption:
Which product it was used on
Who used it
When it was redeemed
The discount amount
