Threads
A thread keeps replies attached to the message they answer, instead of scattering them through the channel.
To start a thread, hold down a message or right click and select Reply. To read an existing thread, open the replies section on that message.
All threads across all your chats are collected in the Threads tab on the Chats overview page.
Pinned messages
Pinning keeps an important message reachable, which is useful for things like race day logistics or a season schedule.
On mobile, hold down the message and select Pin to this chat.
On web, right-click the message and select Pin to this chat.
Open the pin icon inside a chat to see everything pinned there.
To unpin a message
On mobile, hold down the message and select Unpin from this chat.
On web, right-click the message and select Unpin from this chat.
Search
Search from the bar in the Chats tab to find messages, chats, threads or groups. You can search by a person's name or by a keyword.
