Who can edit what

You can edit your own events at any time, including events that have already happened.
Repeating events
When you edit a repeating event, you choose whether the change applies to that single event, or to that event and all the ones after it.
There's no draft state
An event goes live for the people invited as soon as you create it. You can't write one in advance and publish it later.
If you want session details hidden until closer to the time, use practice plan reveal timing instead. Access it from the team settings.
