Parents can register a child for a program and pay for it in one go. Your child doesn't need a CrewLAB account beforehand. If they don't have one, registering creates their profile and sends them an email to finish setting it up.
Before you start
You need your own CrewLAB account, and your child's email address.
Use an email address your child can actually reach, since the account setup link goes there rather than to you.
Register your child
Open the program link your club shared. You'll be prompted to log in or create an account.
Choose who you're registering. You can register yourself or your child.
Select your child:
If your child already uses CrewLAB and is connected to your account, pick them from the dropdown.
If not, select New user. You'll create their profile at the next step.
Enter your child's details, including their email address, if you selected New user.
Complete registration, including any waivers attached to the program.
Pay. Enter a coupon code at this step if your club gave you one.
Once you've paid, you're taken to the team the program is linked to.
What happens for your child
After you submit the registration, your child gets an email with a link to create their CrewLAB account.
They set their own password. You don't create it for them, and you don't need to pass anything on.
Their profile already exists at that point, with the details you entered. The email link is how they take ownership of it and get into the app.
If your child is already on CrewLAB
Pick them from the dropdown rather than selecting New user. This registers the existing account.
Selecting New user for a child who already has an account creates a second, separate profile with none of their history on it.
See your payment
Your payment appears under the Payments tab, in My Payments, along with any active subscriptions.
Registering more than one child
Register each child separately, one program registration at a time.
Does registering connect me to my child's account?
Yes. You can see your connected athletes from Profile > Details > Connected Child.
