Winter Wipeout runs every winter in the CrewLAB app.

How the bonus and penalty work
Time is cumulative across your workouts in a day, not per session.
Three 20-minute workouts followed by a 75-minute one means the first 60 minutes earn the 33% bonus, and the final 15 minutes of the long session take the 50% penalty.
The caps exist to reward consistency and discourage overtraining. Strength and mobility are capped at 300 points because they maintain fitness and reduce injury risk without directly making you faster at your sport.

Using your own dates
The challenge dates are fixed, but you can view points for any date range:
In the app: Analytics > Leaderboard or Training Points > adjust the date range
On web: Analytics > Squad Leaderboard > adjust the date range
This is how teams whose break doesn't match the official window run their own version.
Date filters aren't saved between sessions, so you'll reset them each time you reload. Keeping the browser tab open avoids that.
Coaches on the leaderboard
Coaches earn points and appear on the individual leaderboard like everyone else. There's no way to earn points while staying off it.
Coaches don't have to be in a squad, though, and a coach who isn't in one won't appear on the squad leaderboard.
Do I have to do something every day?
No. Nobody is removed from a squad or a challenge for missing days. Consistency just helps you and your squad.
