Analytics turns day-to-day activity into trends, so problems are visible before they become injuries or dropouts.
The data comes from calendar RSVPs, daily check-ins, workouts and social activity in the app.
There are six areas: Daily check-in, Attendance, Load management, Team engagement, Personal streak and Leaderboards.
Workouts
The Workouts tab on the web app shows every workout logged by the team in one list. This is on the web app only. Coaches see workouts for everyone; athletes are only able to see their own workout history.

Attendance
Built from calendar RSVPs. You'll see daily attendance for each team member and team-wide totals. Sort by date range to spot patterns and gaps.
Team engagement
Tracks every training-related and social activity, giving a chart of engagement types over time and a leaderboard of the most engaged team members.
Coaches use it two ways: to spot people who are consistently involved and might lead, and to notice someone going quiet, which is often the first visible sign that something is wrong.
Leaderboards
Individuals and squads are ranked by active minutes across activity types. You can filter by date range and break results down by activity, such as mobility, lifting, or running.
Leaderboards are visible to everyone on the team.
