Your profile

Written by CrewLAB Marketing

Your profile is the hub for your personal stats, training history and contact information. It's where you keep track of what you've been doing, and where teammates and coaches go to understand who you are and how you're doing.

How to get there: tap the profile picture icon at the top right of the screen.

The three tabs

Dashboard shows charts and summaries about your habits and activity:

  • Coach Notes: visible only to you and your Coaches, who use it for encouragement, feedback or instructions

  • Daily Check-In: recent mood and sleep scores plotted over time

  • Training Volume: training points, time and distance over time

  • Readiness: your fitness against your fatigue, for judging workout balance

  • Benchmarks: your best times on standard tests, alongside team averages

  • Engagement: your training and social activity in CrewLAB

  • Measurements: your anthropometric data

  • Accountability: your attendance and absence over the past month

Activity is an auto-populated training journal: recent videos you've been tagged in, and your workout history with type, duration, effort level and any written reflections.

Details holds your roster and personal information: name, email, phone, profile picture, squad and role, height, weight, clothing sizes, and contact and emergency contact details, etc.

How do I change my profile picture?

  1. Tap your profile in the top right corner.

  2. Go to the Details tab.

  3. Open the Overview section.

  4. Tap the pencil icon next to your profile picture and upload a new image.

Can I edit my own profile?

You can update your own personal information: contact details, birthday, measurements and emergency contact. Team-related fields, including your role and squad, are managed by your Coach.

Who can see my profile?

All team members can view your profile. Coach Notes are the exception, visible only to you and your Coaches.

Where does the dashboard data come from?

The charts are calculated from your daily check-ins and your other activity: event RSVPs, workouts, and comments on other people's posts. The more consistently you use CrewLAB with your team, the more useful the dashboard becomes.
