Your Personal Streak counts the consecutive days you've logged a workout or completed your daily check-in. It measures consistency, not performance.
Your streak is shown near the top of the Home feed.
What keeps your streak going
Doing either of these on a given day keeps your streak alive:
Logging a workout. It doesn't have to be attached to a calendar event.
Completing your daily check-in.
One activity is enough. Doing both on the same day doesn't count for more.
Your streak updates as soon as you finish the activity, so you'll see it go up straight away.
If you miss a day
Your streak resets to zero and starts again the next time you log a workout or check in. There are no rest days or grace periods built in.
Missing a day doesn't affect your workout history, your check-in data, or anything else on your profile. Only the count resets.
If you trained but forgot to log it
A streak broken by a missed log can be repaired. Log the workout now and set the date and time to when you actually completed it. Your streak recalculates around it and is restored.
This is for training you did and didn't get around to recording, not a way to fill in days you took off.
Why your streak is worth paying attention to
Consistency is the part of training that compounds, and a streak is the simplest way to see it. Tracking one helps you:
Build routines that hold up over a season, and show teammates what that looks like
See your habits and your progress in strengthening them over time
Stay accountable to your own goals alongside the team's
Keep some low-stakes competition going, with yourself and with each other
A streak isn't about a perfect record. Every day is a fresh chance to start one, whatever yesterday looked like.
